Bookings
If you intend to make a booking please send an email with your request to: info@eoscycling.com. It is our aim to come back to you within 24 hours, but occasionally we might need a bit more time to reply. Our reply consists of an invoice with a breakdown of costs, additional information and a consent form for every participating person. You'll receive all this both by email and by post.
If you wish to proceed further, please return the completed consent forms to us within 10 days, together with a cheque to the value of 20% of the total amount. We'd also like to remind you of your legal right to cancel up to ten days after you received the confirmation package above. You can cancel both by phone or email.
Please state in your booking email:- Name
- Postal address including post code
- Contact phone number (ideally the mobile number of the phone you plan to bring on your holiday)
- The Tour you wish to book
- The date you wish to start your Tour (requirements per tour vary, please check)
- The total number of people for whom you wish to book (including their names and ages of anyone under 18)
- Accommodation requirements: Family, Double, Twin or Single Room(s)
- For Camping Tours: the number of tents you are intending to use
- The Optional Extras you wish to book (these vary per tour, please check at the price overview of the route of your choice)
- For Bike rental: height of the people for whom you need bikes
Note we won't share this information with others.
If you are only ordering products for your cycling holiday in The Netherlands please follow the same guidelines by providing us with the essential information needed to deal with your request.

Please note we wish to receive your booking request well in advance of the intended holiday! For our Guided Tours, last sign up dates apply. For Independent Tours, please sign up at least 6 weeks before the intended starting date. We need these notice periods to give you plenty of opportunity to review your booking and to ensure availability of required services during the holiday.
Payments will be fully refunded if we have to cancel a Tour due to low numbers of participants (guided tours) or due to non availability of services on the required dates (we'll let you know about this at least 27 days before the start of the Tour).
Payment of the full invoice amount has to be received by us at least 4 weeks before the start of the Tour. All payments are in Sterling (GBP) and you can pay us by cheque or bank transfer only. Note we don't accept credit card payments.
