Bookings & Payments

If you intend to make a booking please use the booking form below (you will still be entitled to cancel after receiving our quote). On all our packages last sign up dates apply. Depending on the package chosen, these dates range from two to six weeks in advance of the first day of the holiday, please check the information of the route of your choice.

It is our aim to come back to you within 3 days. Our reply will consist of an invoice with a breakdown of costs and additional information. You'll receive this both by email and by post.

You'll have then one week to cancel with no obligation or to confirm your booking. It is also possible to amend your booking during this period (for example regarding extra options or special requests). You confirm the booking by paying a deposit to the value of 20% of the total amount. Payment of the full invoice amount has to be received by us at least 4 weeks before the start of the Tour. If you wish to cancel with no obligation, please do so by phone or email.

Note for our Special Offers different last sign up dates apply and full payment is required when making the booking. If you intend to book a Special Offer, don't use the form below, but read instructions on the Special Offers page. How to make a payment:

Payments via PayPal or Card:
Only use the "Buy Now Button" below after we sent you an invoice. Note you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a card payment. On the PayPal page, please put in the invoice number in the "description" box and the total amount you need to pay in the "item price" box. Then click "update totals" and make your payment.





Payments via BACS/International Bank Transfer:
If paying by BACS/International Bank Transfer, please state your invoice number. You'll find BIC and IBAN on our invoice. We'll share international transaction costs. Please select "share costs" when making the payment.

Payments via cheque (UK customers only):
Cheque payments are only available to UK-residents. The cheque needs to de drawn on a UK bank account. Please send the cheque to our postal address as stated on the invoice. Note your booking won't be confirmed until the cheque clears into our account, so send the cheque well before the final payment date.

Payments of Special Offers:
Special Offers can only be paid for via PayPal unless indicated otherwise. Please use the relevant "Buy Now" button on the Special Offers page.

Payments will be fully refunded if we have to cancel a Tour due to low numbers of participants (group tours) or due to non availability of services on the required dates (we'll let you know within 7 days of receipt of your payment).
